The Odisha Directorate records the 2012 Pattachitra Shilp Guru as the late Bhikari Moharana, with the award received by his wife, Smt. Shaila Moharana. The record belongs to the Bhubaneswar Pattachitra tradition. Because central and state sources abbreviate the recipient differently, the website should retain this attribution note.
