- Ready-to-ship pieces, within 14 days of delivery.
- Unworn, unwashed, with all tags and the Certificate of Making intact.
Not eligible
- Made-to-order and custom commissions.
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons.
- Wellness products once opened.
How to start a return
Go to Track Order, find your order, and select “Start a return.” A pickup will be arranged from your delivery address in most serviceable pin codes.
