To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How will you get your money back?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Depending on the payment mode, the refund will be credited within:

5-7 business days for credit/debit card payments.
7-10 business days for bank transfers or UPI transactions.
Instant refund for wallet-based payments, where applicable.
